Pereplio is a weather prediction market analytics product. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect information when you visit our website, create an account, configure alerts or use the dashboard
Information we collect
We collect account information such as your email address, name, authentication identifiers supplied by Clerk, plan and access status, dashboard watchlists, alert rules, notification settings, support requests, and basic operational logs.
We may collect product usage and website analytics such as page paths, CTA clicks, selected plans, browser/device metadata, approximate region, referral/UTM parameters, and product events. Analytics must not include raw passwords, raw session tokens, payment card data, secrets, or raw payment payloads.
If you configure notifications, we store the contact details needed to deliver them, such as an email address or Telegram handle/chat binding. Alert rules and notification contacts are stored separately where the product architecture supports it.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the product, authenticate users, enforce plan limits, maintain watchlists and alert rules, respond to support and privacy requests, improve reliability, measure product usage, prevent abuse, and comply with legal or payment-provider requirements.
Pereplio does not store user passwords. Authentication is delegated to Clerk. Pereplio does not store payment card numbers. Production payments, when enabled, will be processed by an external payment provider and reflected in Pereplio through backend billing records and webhooks.
Third-party services
We use or plan to use third-party services for authentication, hosting, analytics, email or notification delivery, payment processing, infrastructure, and security. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to Pereplio.
The product may reference or integrate with third-party market sites and weather data providers, including Polymarket, Kalshi, and weather data sources. Pereplio does not operate those third-party services and their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.
Cookies and local storage
We use essential browser storage for product preferences such as theme selection, dashboard settings, and session-related functionality provided by our authentication provider. Optional analytics cookies or tags are loaded only when configured and should respect applicable consent requirements. See our Cookie Policy for more details.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the product, satisfy security, audit, billing, legal, or operational requirements, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and structured logging rules that prohibit secrets, raw tokens, card data, and unnecessary personal data in logs.
Your choices and rights
You can request access, correction, export, deletion, or restriction of your personal information by contacting us. Some information may need to be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, billing records, or audit logs.
Where privacy laws such as GDPR, UK GDPR, or California privacy laws apply, you may have additional rights, including the right to object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and opt out of certain sale or sharing of personal information. Pereplio does not sell personal information in the ordinary meaning of that term.
Children
Pereplio is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
