Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how Pereplio handles cancellations and refunds

Before checkout is available

No paid subscription exists until checkout is available, so there is no charge to refund before that point

Production subscriptions

When production payments are enabled, subscription terms, renewal periods, cancellation steps, refund eligibility, and payment provider details will be published before checkout and reflected in this policy.

Unless a checkout page or applicable law says otherwise, paid subscriptions will generally provide access for the billing period purchased. Cancellation will generally stop future renewal rather than automatically refunding the current period.

Access updates

Subscription access is controlled by backend billing records, verified payment provider webhooks, or authorized admin action. Checkout redirect pages are not the source of truth for paid access.
