These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Pereplio, a weather prediction market analytics product. By using Pereplio, creating an account or accessing the dashboard, you agree to these Terms

Product scope

Pereplio provides analytical tools for monitoring weather data sources, source freshness, short-term forecasts, thresholds, watchlists, and alerts for weather prediction market research. Pereplio does not operate Polymarket, Kalshi, or any weather data provider.

Pereplio does not place trades, hold funds, manage market accounts, custody assets, execute orders, or make decisions on your behalf.

No financial advice

Pereplio is an informational and analytical tool only. Nothing in the product, website, forecasts, alerts, dashboard, source freshness indicators, or support communications is financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice.

Weather observations, forecasts, alerts, thresholds, and source freshness indicators can be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or interpreted incorrectly. Pereplio does not guarantee provider accuracy, forecast accuracy, market outcomes, profit, or risk-free decisions.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your own decisions, account security, device security, network access, and compliance with laws and third-party rules that apply to you. You must not use Pereplio for illegal activity, abuse, scraping, disruption, reverse engineering, unauthorized access, or attempts to bypass rate limits, plan limits, security controls, or access restrictions.

You are responsible for reviewing the terms and rules of any third-party market site, data provider, payment provider, or notification channel you use.

Accounts and access

Authentication is provided through Clerk. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials and sessions secure. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use creates security, legal, operational, abuse, or payment risk.

Plan access is controlled through Pereplio account and billing records

Subscriptions and payments

When checkout is available, pricing, billing periods, cancellation rules and refund rules will be described on the Pricing and Refund/Cancellation Policy pages and enforced through backend billing records and payment provider webhooks

Availability and changes

Pereplio may change, suspend, or discontinue features, limits, integrations, providers, plans, or access at any time. We may experience downtime, degraded data, delayed provider updates, or third-party service outages.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pereplio is provided "as is" and "as available." Pereplio and its operators are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, market outcomes, third-party service failures, provider inaccuracies, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
